We kicked off Employee Appreciation Week with breakfast bright and early Monday morning.
On Tuesday we delivered ice cream and cookies to everyone! But our favorite part of the week was our celebration on Thursday night!
This years theme is "Around the World." We had four teams and each team was given a country. Each team did a presentation and a dance for their country. The first team had China.
Next up came Scotland.
It was tough to pick a winner, everyone was so creative. But we had to go with Team China.
We then enjoyed an awesome meal together and were able to pass out goodies to all of our employees!
Our annual holiday party was a huge success. We were very fortunate to be able to have Settler's Inn cater our meal this year. We owe a huge thank you to all of our staff that helped plan, decorate, set up, and clean up this year!
We were very excited to implement Service Awards this year. The awards are given in five year increments and are as follows:
Five Years - $250
Ten Years - $500
Fifteen Years - $750
Twenty & Greater Years - $1,000
We had SIXTEEN employees to receive awards! This is a huge number of long term employees to celebrate! Each supervisor spoke about our employees and celebrated their successes.

We also gave a ten year award to Diana Mueller who is not pictured.

If you haven't seen the video that was also made to celebrate Debra Miller's years of service you can watch it here.
Endless Options, Inc. celebrated Debra Millers' eighteenth consecutive year as our CEO Friday night at the annual holiday party and her thirty-third year involvement with us including being on the founding board of EO.
We wanted to give as many people possible the opportunity to express what Debra Miller means to them and compiled a video for her so that she won't ever forget how important she is to each of us. Thank you to everyone who helped make her celebration special.
We just added two new members to our diverse Board of Directors. We are very excited to announce that Larry Anderson and Sheila Ferguson were voted onto our Board in the December meeting.
Larry Anderson resides in Fayette and is an Associate Professor in the Department of Education at Central Methodist University. Sheila Ferguson resides in Glasgow and is the Director of Special Education for the Glasgow Public Schools.
Please join us in welcoming these two volunteers into our EO family.
Dale Lang is our EO Recycling Manager but has been helping out the Service Coordinators while he is fighting lymphoma. He is pictured here with his wife, Lisa Lang. You can help support Dale in his battle by purchasing a Team Lang T-shirt. Please contact Becky Kurtz at 660-888-0204 or check out the Team Lang Facebook page here.
