![]() On March 16th Endless Options, Inc. hosted an event to bring the community together and show the similarities in all people. We then served cake and refreshments at our Howard County Service Coordination offices to celebrate five years of local service coordination. We had an amazing turnout at this event and were fortunate enough to have a drone available to take aerial photos, courtesy of our Board President, Paul Byland. We look forward to hosting this event for many more years. Make sure you check out all of the pictures and mark your calendars for March of 2017!

![]() 145 years. That is the collective number of years of experience in supporting people with developmental disabilities that came together for Brown Bag Lunch in January. Brown Bag Lunch is a monthly "lunch and learn" that is hosted by Howard County Service Coordination for the county service providers. Most months the participants discuss rules and regulations, division directives, guidelines and procedures. This month participants from Howard County Service Coordination, Endless Options, and the Braun Agency paused to take a moment to celebrate the New Year, look back at where we have been, and focus on where we are going. Together. During discussion the group shared what brought them to work in the field. Answers varied but the overreaching theme was that most came for a college practicum or a job to get through college. Very few chose to make a career of working in this field. This field has a way of choosing us. We laughed at the shared moments of joy and agreed about the challenges that we face daily. When you have that many years of experience in one place, great things can happen. And they are happening every day. |
