EO Recycles Information

As of Friday January 8th, 2016 we have officially moved from our old location at 504 Cleveland.  As you may have noticed we have had to quit accepting drop-offs and specific business pickups. We spent the last week collecting all of our containers in the surrounding communities and moving most of our things into storage.  While this has been a very sad week for us we do have some great news to share!

Through the generosity and kindness of Boonslick Industries, Inc. of Boonville and Home Oil of Fayette we are very grateful to be able to offer a community drop off in Fayette for all of your recycling.  We are still putting the finishing touches on the site and adding signage, but you will find the community drop off on the corner of Howard and Morrison across from the post office, which is the old Home Oil site.

If your recycling is picked up curbside on Thursdays in New Franklin or Fayette this change will not affect your service.

We are diligently searching for a new location to be able to resume full recycling services to the community and we want to thank everyone for their words of encouragement and support in the recent weeks.  We look forward to your continued support.

Boonslick Industries, Inc protainer - these bins will be labeled soon!

I went to drop of glass and plastic, but the sign said not to place the plastic bags in which they were brought, into the dumpster. I found it difficult to "dump" the plastic bag as it is sitting on the cart on which it was transported and I am not tall enough to comfortably reach that high. Any suggestions? Thanks

Jacqueline, I have spoken to the recycling manager and if you cannot reach the bins just set the bag in front of the bins. Our recycling technicians are cleaning up the site frequently and they can get that taken care of.

Thank you so much for recycling!
