Our Vision
In keeping with our mission, our goal for Employment Services is to support people with intellectual and developmental disabilities and other barriers towards reaching their employment goals.
What is Employment Services?
Endless Options, Inc. operates two inclusive businesses within the community of Fayette. The Attic was started in 1997 and EO Recycles began in 2009. Both were started for the same reasons, jobs in the community are hard to find, and we needed places where we could be assured that we would have assessment sites, options for some employment, and the ability to provide inclusive employment for minimum wage or higher.
As we continued to build an Employment Services program we began to look again to community employers and to develop partnerships with local employers who might allow us in to their business to assess skill sets for people we serve at their business. These partnerships are growing and are integral to the next steps for our Employment Services Program.
In April 2018 we regained our status as a Vocational Rehabilitation Community Rehabilitation Provider and are now able to provide services through Vocational Rehabilitation.
Our services are funded by the Department of Mental Health / Division of Developmental Disabilities, Department of Elementary and Secondary Education Vocational Rehabilitation, Howard County Sheltered Services Board, and through local fundraising and earnings from The Attic and EO Recycles.
We are accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF) in
• Affirmative Business Enterprise
• Community Employment- Employment Supports
• Community Employment Services-Job Development
