Heather Crews
​Chief Executive Officer

Heather is responsible for providing leadership to ensure the success of Endless Options, Inc. Heather has worked serving people with developmental disabilities for 31 years, and over 15 years with Endless Options. She has a Bachelor’s degree from Columbia College and a Master’s degree in Rehabilitation Administration from Drake University.

Emily Smith
​Chief Financial Officer

Emily assumes responsibility for all Accounting functions within the organization including payroll, AR, AP, budget, preparation of the Company’s financial statements and more.  Emily has a Bachelor’s degree in Business – Finance from Central Methodist University with a minor in History.  Emily has over 15 years working in various Accounting roles before joining the Endless Options team in 2021.

Leah Springer
​Director of Programs

Leah is responsible for overseeing that the services and supports outlined in an Individual Service Plan are provided at a high quality standard.  She has a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree from Columbia College and an Educational Specialist degree in Special Education Administration from William Woods University.  Leah has over 20 years experience working with individuals with disabilities.

Kara ensures that all services provided at Endless Options are of the utmost quality. She has a Bachelor’s in Psychology with a minor in Sociology from CMU-Fayette. Kara has over 18 years of experience serving people with developmental disabilities, and has been at Endless Options for the last 8 years.

Christina New
Community Integrations Coordinator

Christina is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations at Endless Options day services. She holds certifications as a Certified Medications Technician and has worked in the field for 13 years. Christina has held various roles in various agencies throughout the years. Christina rejoined the Endless Options team in November of 2024. She is excited for her new role.

MaKayla Brandenburg
Assistant CI Coordinator

MaKayla is responsible for assisting the Community Integration Coordinator in managing the day-to-day operations of day services. Additionally, MaKayla oversees the High Five Children's Program. A program specifically designed for youth, which helps the individuals through direct support and encouragement while maintaining quality life experiences, opportunities of interest and assistance in obtaining personal goals.​

Shelly Appel
​Employment Coordinator

​Shelly is responsible for overseeing the employment services outlined in an individual plan. This includes community employment and employment services through The Attic, which is operated by Endless Options. Shelly has over thirty years’ experience providing services to individuals with developmental and mental disabilities. She has over seven years of experience in employment services.

Patsy Maher
​The Attic Manager

Patsy is the manager at The Attic, the thrift store run by Endless Options. She is responsible for all store operations as well as supervising a team of part-time employees that help keep the store running. Patsy also provides supports to people to help them be successful on the job. Patsy has been with Endless Options for fifteen years.

Greg Owen
​Residential Coordinator

Greg is responsible for overseeing that the independent living supports
outlined in an Individual Plan are provided on a daily basis. Greg has
bachelor's degrees in Biology and Theatre from Culver-Stockton College and a Master of Fine Arts degree in Theatre Design and Technology from the University of Missouri – Kansas City. Greg has four years of experience in providing services to individuals with developmental and mental disabilities.

Melissa Jones
​Transportation Coordinator

Melissa is responsible for piecing together the transportation department schedules, supporting individuals to and from work, the day services and home. Melissa has been supporting individuals with intellectual disabilities  for over 30 years, the past 22 years have been with Endless Options.. Melissa has an Associates of Applied Science in Marketing and Management from Moberly Area Community College.
 
Funding and support for Endless Options, Inc is provided by The Missouri Division of Development Disabilities, The Howard County Sheltered Services Board, the Fayette Area Common Fund, the Fayette Area Community Trust,  and private donations and fundraising efforts by the wonderful people of our community.
