Employment Services

The goal of day services is to offer individuals with developmental disabilities activities and opportunities during the day based on expressed interests and team determined needs. These activities and opportunities range from fun to educational and we are now offering several off-site activities such as trips to museums and parks.
The goal of residential services is to support people with developmental disabilities to live as independently as possible while meeting physical, emotional, cultural, and social needs.
The goal of the employment services program is to provide inclusive employment for people with developmental disabilities.  We provide real work for real wages and offer several part-time positions at both The Attic and EO Recycles to individuals with development disabilities.
Funding and support for Endless Options, Inc is provided by The Missouri Division of Development Disabilities, The Howard County Sheltered Services Board, the Fayette Area Common Fund, the Fayette Area Community Trust,  and private donations and fundraising efforts by the wonderful people of our community.
